Governmentalism-7: Governance & Insurance

'The Wolf
Watches and Waits'
The National Zoo,
Wshington, DC, 2003.

Governmentalism is not an ideology. It is a method of taking control of money, people, resources, and existing forms of government.

Governmentalism is a vicious cycle of 'creating wealth' for salaries, welfare programs, and contracts by bankrupting individuals and business through tax collecting, regulatory penalties and fees and lawsuits.

Fiscal conservatives have tried to prevent the growth of 'big government' by requiring 'balanced budget' legislation on the state level. Obama espouses a new meaning of an annual balanced budget. The Obama balance matches expenditures with expected tax and other revenues for a particular year, while ignoring the deficit and interest on the cumulative debt and deficit carried forward each fiscal year.

Historically, the defense budget has been blamed for the federal debt. 'Balanced budget' proponents believed control of number and amount of defense department contracts, especially those which ran 'over budget', would allow the federal budget to be balanced.

But the defense department budget is in part determined by current politicians. Bush's and now Obama's interventions in Middle East conflicts have increased the defense budget. Soldiers, guns, planes, ships, surveillance equipment all cost money. So the defense expenditures, budget, and the federal debt and the amounts due to interest on that debt increases year after year.

And the social welfare budget increased beyond even the defense department budget. In part due to the colored and ethnic activism espoused by the Clinton Administration and the huge influx of Hispanic, Middle Eastern, and other legal and illegal immigrants during a time of uncontrolled immigration, the demand for free social welfare products and services are exorbitant, as are the costs.

Perceiving social welfare products and services as 'profit centers' has increased the costs beyond the 'billions'. For example, construction of new housing through 'minority' grants and loans now has slowed, but foreign 'minority' workers stayed in the US, and now increase the welfare budgets for the cost of new housing they can no longer afford.

Welfare recipients now live in $250,000-$500,000-$1,000,000 townhouses and single family homes. Who pays for the new roof when the local and county governments which acquire such properties through land or building code violations, tax liens, evictions, and other court proceedings, themselves are bankrupt and do not have a mandate from local taxpayers to fix roofs on 'upscale' welfare housing units?

Legislators and governmental officials have been forced to acknowledge there are problems in the economy because of the attention to record numbers of housing foreclosures. But these officials and bureaucrats do not seem to appreciate the enormity of the problem and continue to pass appropriations bills that cannot be covered by taxpayer and other revenues.

The same patterns can be found in health care, education, the automotive industry, and now banking as governmentalists 'annex' individual and business money and property to pay their own salaries while purporting to 'bail out' failing industries.

How is this done? Largely through 'loss/default' and other 'federal guarantee insurance corporation' insurance policies. What the government 'bails out' becomes prohibitively expensive for 'the little guy' and the taxpayer.

Higher education is one of the best examples of runaway loss/default insurance programs. College and university tuition became too expensive, largely due to wage and salary demands and construction costs. Upper-middle-and upper-class applicants decreased.

To help colleagues in law schools and other schools, attorney and insurance governmentalists created financial aid packages to attract lower income students. This of course was espoused by friends in insurance who could count on $250-$500 or more in insurance premiums paid on each tuition loan increment. Grants and scholarships became lost or restated in such packages as insurance agent/bill collectors began to perceive education finance as the biggest bill-collecting bonanza in American history.

Tuition assistance programs were sold to many industries as a method of providing 'free labor' during student years. Unfortunately, each class of 'graduates' becomes less valuable as new hires, and less likely to be hired, as another group of 'free labor' students replaces them with 'on-the-job' education programs and reduced industry 'payroll'.

What happens to students who cannot find jobs? Cynically, but not unrealistically, such students are thought to be able to pay any tuition or related debts by life insurance death benefit payouts, also part of school application or admission processes.

Most people who consider loans and financing believe 'loss/default' insurance is only, as written, on the amount of money financed, not on themselves. But, in the USA currently, hyper-aggressive bill collectors 'scream and shout' people almost to death or to death by accident, injury or illness.

Governmentalists too are very aware of life insurance death benefit amounts and the costs of governmental services per person. In New Jersey in the early 2000s, state debt was described as equal to about $17,000 per New Jersey resident.

Currently, Obama Administration watchers estimate $45,384 as each US citizens' share of the $14 Trillion national debt.

This is a compelling reason to register all illegal immigrants. They too can share in the debt incurred for social welfare and other governmental services.

It also is a compelling reason to control governmenalist spending, by voter referendum per expenditure, dissolution of the governmentalist impulse to spend, or other mechanism to control politicians and governmentalist bureaucrats.

Current federal senators and representatives could be held more responsible for their votes and appropriations spending with common sense approaches, for example, limits of 100 pages on bills and other legislation introduced. Over 2,000 page documents, like the 'Obamacare' package, are unlikely to be read in their entirety by many or most members of Congress. And these packages are likely to contain appropriations or expenditure clauses hidden from the casual reader.

Governmentalism-6. Governance As 'Spin'

'The Real USA,
Travelling to
the Jersey Shore', 2003.

Fresh donuts,
Fun figurines,
En route to the
Seashore on
Summer vacation.

Governmentalism is not an ideology. It is a method of taking control of money, people, resources, existing forms of government.

'Spin' has gone beyond saying something negative in a positive way. 'Spin' now is masking the truth of a statement for the purpose of obtaining money, other contributions, votes, or public support for a policy. 'Spin' is a technique of less than honest public relations and advertising. 'Spin' is what politicians do when they 'tell you what you want to hear' while going off to vote as they choose or make deals which benefit themselves financially while increasing taxpayer billings.

'Spin' is what happens when governmental 'officials' chose to spend money, in amounts or for purposes, they know voters would not approve. 'Spin' happens when government looses its legitimacy, when officials dissociate their projects and goals from the tax-paying voters, the 'will of the people', who are the basis for the participatory vote American Democracy.

There are many instances of dishonesty by American leaders. These often occur in times of international conflict when the issues are said to be 'too sensitive' or 'too complicated' to be understood by the American public. But when such dishonesty becomes 'business as usual', it is time for the public to consider referendums votes of 'no confidence' to dissolve administrations who 'rule' rather than follow the rule of the people in the American Democracy.

Canada and various European nations have such 'pressure valves' to prevent their governments from becoming exclusive business clubs or special interest groups who profit from government jobs, contracts, or involvements at the expense of the public.

Voters in California actually organized to 'recall' Governor Gray for proposing a large increase in driver's license and related fees. What were the demographics of those who ran the recall to stop the state fee? California is now on the list of state governments with big budget deficits.

Political groups in European countries also include political parties who openly state their ideological perspectives and backgrounds. There are larger and more influential Socialist and Communist Party organizations in these countries who run candidates who are open about their beliefs and intentions as government officials.

Because of the Cold War, and the traditional conflict between the US Democracy and the USSR Communist forms of government, many American socialists and communists hide in the Democratic Party. Now some use even disaffected Republican Party supporters in the more vocal anti-Big Government, anti-Big Taxpayer Bills 'Tea Party' groups of Republicans and Independent voters.

Truth in politics and by politicians now often is sacrificed to the hope of a guaranteed income through a government paycheck. As governmentalists became more aggressive in taking tax dollars from individuals and companies, more aggressive profiteers enter politics and government, not because of political belief but because of the power of governmentalists to take money and property from the private sector and create jobs and salaries for themselves.

Ben Shapiro estimates 35% of paychecks now originate from the government, a three-fold increase in 5 decades, from 10% in 1961. If contractors who receive less direct government money through grants and business loan programs were included, this percentage could be higher, closer to a 10% increase every 10 years or 50%, as governmentalists gobble up the money, property, and business previously done in the private sector.

Those who benefit from government programs without cost, mostly welfare recipients, and many on wages, salaries, grants and subsidized loans, often are not going to complain. At least until they are relegated to the list of those tax-collected or bill-collected, for their own or their family member exposure, however brief or insignificant, to the insatiable deficit 'need' of the federal budget and its debt.

The American Democracy was created by Europeans searching for financial and religious freedom, escaping from the tyranny of European royalty who sought to control their labor, their land, their money, their minds. Under the guise of liberal humanitarianism and 'social welfare' programs, funded through government. Many US citizens are now experiencing the unfairness of socialist/communist regimes who seek to 'take from those according to their abilities' and hard work, for those with unreasonable, insatiable 'wants' and false 'needs'.

Governmentalism-5. Governance As An Industry

After the Dispute.
What remains of
private property?

Northern Virginia,
Fall, 2003.

Governmentalism is not an ideology. It is a method of taking control of money, people, resources, existing forms of government.

Governmentalists have been busy creating a huge unwieldy industry replacing the traditional form of participatory democracy in the US. In the traditional American Democracy, voters control government policy and spending by voting for city council members, county commissioners, state and federal House of Representatives and Senators, and other politicians who espouse the voters perspectives. There always have been more arrogant politicians, like Clinton Democrats, who seek to 'think and do what's right for you'. Formerly, these politicians were more easily 'voted out' of office and replaced by those who believe and act on the will of the majority of voters in the area they are elected to represent.

But putting 'a spin' on policy statements to attract money and votes has become more accepted. Politicians have become more dishonest in not expressing their beliefs or decisions on their votes, making statements that almost anyone could agree with. Such politicians 'tell you what you want to hear' in their efforts to keep their jobs or 'not lose' their jobs to voters who do not agree with them.

This has created a group of politicians who shape policy according to their own beliefs, political party or bipartisan compromises designed to personally profit members of both parties. These politicians deliberately mislead voters by confusing polite argument or tact with sophisticated lying, trying to pull money and votes toward themselves in their political maneuvers.

The growth of the federal debt is a consequence of a circular series of such deals that spiral continually upward. The mainstream newsmedia, part under attack by colored, ethnic activists and trial attorneys and part full of 'far left' liberals, actually socialists and communists, mostly only warned of the loss of the tax-paying middle class as it has been destroyed by ethnic and special interest lawsuits, tax, and bill collectors.

The deals benefit the wealthy and the welfare populations, while depleting the money of the working and lower middle classes. Government-subsidized housing is a good example of a hyper-inflationary spiral of real estate deals. 'Section 8' housing inflated real estate values, while making 'private pay' renting or owning houses in the US truly unaffordable.

Before 'Section 8' and other housing subsidy programs, 'the county' built and maintained 'welfare apartment buildings' often called 'the projects' in many major US cities.

Then governmentalists created 'Section 8' and other government-subsidized housing. 'Section 8' moved welfare recipients into single-family houses and privately-owned apartment buildings.

Wealthy property-owners of a few or several properties could rent apartments or houses through government programs to provide apartments or houses for unmarried welfare mothers with children. Welfare renters often paid only 30% of the normal rent, charged to a 'private pay' renter in another apartment or house. When the county or other governmental agency did not pay the welfare rent, the landlord increased the rent for the 'private pay' renters in other apartments or buildings.

If the landlord tried to evict welfare recipients for non-payment, ethnic welfare recipients then used the court system to file lawsuits against the landlord for racial or other discrimination or conditions at the building. Property-owners then could lose property to the county or other governmental agency. Then the county or other agency could try to sell off the property at a bargain price to friends or associates.

Real estate fraud becomes rampant as governmental agencies, welfare bureaucrats, attorneys working for government agencies or as independent contractors stating they work for government agencies, and property management properties, borrowed against the properties making them now totally unaffordable through tax liens, deteriorating conditions during periods of no maintenance during ownership squabbles, multiple mortgages. With 'outsourcing' of governmental agencies, the exponential growth of more independent contractor companies makes it impossible to manage or maintain such housing, or a governmental budget large enough to maintain it.

Then 'Section 8' was extended to other groups, first to only physically disabled, then to mentally retarded, emotionally disturbed, veterans, and criminals at prison release. These populations, who previously were housed affordably in nursing homes and 'state institutions' hyperinflated real estate expenses and the government expense budgets for what formerly were private 'tax-producing' properties. The governmental unit involved created tax burdens for itself by taking properties from the private sector.

The price for maintaining political freedom was a government limited by the tax-paying private sector. More and more bullies, many members of ethnic and special interest groups, have entered politics as a way to personal 'wealth building', demanding astronomical sums of money from US citizens. Such individuals and groups confuse the meaning of living on welfare, at no cost, with the political meaning of 'free' to determine one's own life as a US citizen.

Enormous increases in the social welfare budget and the welfare population through uncontrolled immigration have occurred. The problem has been worsened, at least in part, due to Bill Clinton's 'dual citizenship' programs. Favored foreign nationals came to the US to do business, but do not pay personal or business income or other taxes in the US. Many did not hire US citizens, making US unemployment worse and business loans more difficult to obtain by US citizens.

Many immigrants brought other foreign nationals to work in housing construction, computer, and other companies. Many of those who stayed in the US beyond the job 'booms' now demand social welfare.

The influx of Middle Eastern immigrants in particular, many of whom have come to invade the US, as they feel their native countries have been invaded, led to the 2001World Trade Center bombings.

The use of angry ethnic and special interest populations to tax collect and bill collect white mainstream US citizens and businesses has produced budgetary problems almost unimaginable in amount.

The greed of politicians to somehow become wealthy by sales commissions or fees on the number of pieces of legislation, the amount of money voted on for governmental appropriations or manipulations of business and the stock market only worsens the problem financially and politically.

The old rule that, by law, one could not, or should not, become wealthy in 'government work' worked better to preserve the nation, and the peace and quiet, money and property of US citizens.

Many cities and some states have made local political jobs part-time, expenses paid only to attend required meetings, or totally unpaid. The only way to preserve the US economy may be to take the profit motive and greed out of US governmental groups and to return control of government and government spending to the voters through referendums.

Governmentalism-4: Governance vs. Business Club

Governmentalism is not an ideology. It is a method of taking control of money, resources, people, existing forms of government to achieve the goals of a person or a group of people.

The younger George W. Bush popularized the phrase 'the business of government' during his administrations (2000-2008). Many Americans voted for Republican Party George W. Bush, hoping he would return government to the public sector and business to the private sector.

But the damage done by the record number of personal and business bankruptcies during the Democratic Party William J. Clinton administrations (1992-2000) could not be undone. Clinton used the 'race card', colored race lawsuits, to bring wealth to the courthouse crowd; trial attorney associations were among Clinton's strongest financial and political supporters.

Clinton changed the role of government by telling US citizens he and his party 'would think and do what is best' for them. Then Clinton bankrupted the country cleverly using colored race issues as a 'social justice'-type lawsuit strategy.

The myth that Clinton balanced the budget will be a topic for American history books. Clinton used inflation, particularly of real estate values, a favorite of Hillary Clinton, known as a real estate speculator from Arkansas in the "RoseWater" scandal, to rewrite government debt amounts. Phenomenal increases in property tax accompanied increased property values and were used to bankrupt individuals and companies.

The Clinton IRS, fueled by colored racial bias against whites, wrote exorbitant, unfair, and ultimately uncollectable personal income taxes, employment taxes, and other taxes against US citizens. White Americans, especially those attending (non-Harvard, non-Yale) colleges, universities, medical and professional schools, and young professionals were targeted by US and foreign coloreds and their proponents as 'sources of wealth' through aggressive, false, and malicious bill collecting.

Like a popular business plan, governmentalist bill collecting activities sky-rocketed. Projected, but uncollectable, sources of 'wealth' were used to increase governmentalist budgets, wages and salaries, social welfare programs and benefits.

In Atlantic City, New Jersey, City and County, in the early 2000s, colored and colored-connected gangs gained access to politics and government jobs. Governmentalists there created lists of unpaid property taxes on ocean storm-damaged and vandalized properties, many long ago bull-dozed to their foundations, in previously white seaside neighborhoods. Members of these gangs spoke openly in local newspapers, saying they believed they were rival, and equal, gangs with federal, state, and other 'gangs', and demanded the 'wealth' in the area, present or past, once real, now imagined. The trail of 'bad paper' has created anger and hardship that may never be resolved.

In a new development area to the west of Atlantic City, governmentalists were at work. Buyers in new housing developments were meeting to discuss water and sewage. Governmentalists, describing themselves as directors of these projects, were busy writing paperwork to create a government structure for themselves, including a regional tax code to collect money for their salaries and fees for involvement in the water and sewage project.

Some of the most egregious, and obvious, examples of the use of government as a tool for personal business and profit occur in small towns. In January, 2011, Boulder City, Nevada, made the news. A small city of 17,000 residents near Las Vegas, Nevada, Boulder City was built in 1931 by the US government to house Hoover Dam construction workers.

The city council approved $125 million of public (city) debt to build a second public golf course in Boulder City. When the second golf course opened in 2003, the first golf course lost money. Estimated revenues fell from $600,000 to $40,000. Voters organized to object to city council debt funding for more than 1 city golf course of more than 18 holes.

Residents objected to the tax levy against local citizens. The city attorney, who felt each local citizen was responsible for $7,000 of total golf course levy, sued local residents who objected.

Some of these residents became part of Voter Initiative Petition which has become a constitutional issue in Nevada.

The Petition sought to change the job of city attorney from appointee to an elected official job. The Petition also sought to require any City Council debt obligation over $1 million to be approved by the voters. Voters also sought a 12-year term limit on appointees to city committees, boards, or commissions.

The city attorney tactic has been labeled 'Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation' or 'SLAPP'. Other local attorney-politicians now are involved in 'anti-SLAPP' lawsuits to prevent loss of local voter rights to control local taxation and governmentalist 'big spenders'.

The general problem of bullying in America undoubtedly is related to the incredible arrogance of governmentalists. Governmentalists are those who seek government 'jobs' as a route to personal wealth and power by seeking to control people, their money and property, and business.

As Clinton Administration staff bankrupted American individuals and corporations, it parasitized the American economy. Many seek money and power through governmentalism. Social welfare workers and recipients, those who lost in business, industry or employment seek government jobs and contracts as guaranteed income for themselves. Governmentalists are financial bullies who demand other people pay the governmentalist's way in life and use the power of existing government and courts to take money, property, and power from US citizens.

Revolutions against greedy and tyrannical kings and queens, military dictators in Africa, the Middle East and elsewhere, are easier to understand, to find support for, and to win. In the US governmentalists seek to take money, property, power and control from their peers by creating an illusion of legitimate power and authority.

The use of governmentalist bureaucrats and business cards and, in more extreme examples, police power by governmentalists in the current US is frightening. In the past, it was easier to 'vote out' and remove the city, county, state, or federal politician who called his or her old friend the Sheriff or Sheriff's Deputies to 'shake-down' those who would not contribute money, property, or agree with his or her policies.

Since Clinton, the rage of not only US but foreign coloreds has been used to 'take wealth' by force from US citizens. Black racist politics, socialist/communist agends, now threaten the basis of the American Democracy: the right of each US ciizen, particularly each taxpaying citizen, to vote and to decide.

If legislators now are so influenced by special interest causes or their own impulse to wealth through governent, US citizens should institute mechanisms to protect their civil rights. National referendums to vote on issues and expenditures and the Canadian or European style 'no confidence" vote to remove governmental power and authority from those who deny the citizens their right to control their governmental representatives and expenditures must be considered before the American Democracy is furthered damaged.

Governmentalism-3: National Governance vs. International Business Club

Governmentalism is not an ideology. It is a method of taking control of money, resources, people, existing forms of government to achieve the goals of a person or a group of people.

Governance in the US for over 200 years has been based on the freedom to debate. US citizens have the constitutional right to hold differing opinions while holding a sincere belief in the United States and respecting each other's right to their beliefs and to privacy, 'life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness'.

Our pluralistic form of government allows people to vote, 'yes' or 'no'. The side with the majority of votes wins. If the voters on the losing side continue to disagree, they may again raise the issue for another vote later on.

Currently, a 'consensus'-based form of governance are being developed. With consensus-building, voters are not allowed to disagree. Financial or other favors, 'perks', less politely termed 'bribes', often unrelated to the issue under debate, are offered by aggressive consensus-builders to those who disagree. On the negative side, extortionate pressures, blackmail, threats, false or aggressive tax and bill collecting, and other ultimatums may be advanced by the 'consensus builders'. This is deal-making with a capital 'D', 'trade-offs' in which the spirit and letter of law of the American Democracy is lost.

Federal legislators in the Senate and House of Representatives, as well as on the State level, and in City Councils throughout the US, have been accused of too much 'partisan' politics and too little constructive activity during their terms of office. What this deep difference of opinion reflects are deep differences in belief within society.

The approach currently used in federal and other legislative groups is the 'non-partisan' consensus-building approach'. 'Non-partisan consensus-building' turns off ideological debate. This approach encourages legislators to find the 'least common denominator' among them, that most if not all legislators come to politics to make money. Legislators are told 'you are no better than me' and encouraged to 'join together' to 'create wealth', profit, and money-making opportunities during their terms in office.

'Creating wealth' for themselves is against the real US laws of government. It is also antithetical to the survival of the American economy. For example, federal legislators and officials, by law, are not permitted to receive raises in salaries and other monies they vote for during their terms in office.

A more egregious practice, now apparently quite common, is the making of 'legislator'-millionaires by manipulation of the stock market, tax, and other regulatory attacks on business to achieve wealth.

An example may be a Security and Exchange Commission action against an old mortgage lender or stock broker, with a de-valuation of assets, then 'bought' by a government official or friend for little or nothing, then re-valued for a substantial net profit. This may have occurred with Lehman Brothers and Merrill-Lynch, Jewish and Catholic financial houses, respectively, not liked by Masonic or Muslim-affiliated politicians or bureaucrats. 'Colored people' who feel they have the corner on the 'discriminated against' market, have engaged in such strategies to 'build wealth' by taking money and property from White, Jewish or Christian US citizens.

Another common example is mortgage-refinancing and government-affiliated schemes to take the original homeowner's property, 'sell off' these properties to government or business friends at a substantial discount, then approve the 2nd homeowner for low-interest 'homeowner' mortgage loan plans not available to the original homeowner.

'Loopholes' in the law, like the meaning of mortgage owner, original or 2nd mortgage-holder after the property has been taken from the original homeowner, have made these financial manipulations, which even on the surface appear to be extremely unfair, a form of theft by deception, common in the past 10-20 years.

Governmentalism-2: Hill and Bill Clinton Style

An Unusual Pond Bird,
Perhaps a Black Swan,
Texarkana, Arkansas, 2003.

Hillary Clinton, now Secretary of State in the Obama Administration, has been rewarded for her efforts in politics and government. As the strongest of supporters of her sometimes scandalous husband, 2-term former US President William Jefferson Clinton, Hillary Clinton achieved with him and through him as First Lady of the United States.

Hillary Clinton also was very useful to the Obama campaign, bringing in women's rights contributions to the Democratic National Committee as the early potential Vice Presidential 'running mate' to Obama.

It would be hard to find a more obvious, but discrete to the casual observer of politics, socialist/communist US Presidential ticket. Obama, center of a birth certificate controversy, is a biracial colored man of mixed Christian/Muslim descent. Obama's birth certificate is Hawaiian, the last US state admitted to the Union, a group of ethnic islands off the US mainland in the Pacific Ocean. Obama in his books declares himself to be the son of a white American Christian woman and a black African Muslim who soon abandoned them for school at Harvard, then returned to Africa. Obama's mother soon found Barack Obama a stepfather, a colored Muslim from Indonesia, who took them there when he was called to return to the Muslim army.

It would be hard to find a less likely candidate for the US Presidency, an internationalist colored man with little knowledge or belief in America. But Harvard's internationalist governmentalist profiteers chose him and supported him politically and financially.

Obama, at times, seems to have no illusions, attributing his political success as a 'token' of 'what came before him', the black power movements led by the NAACP (National Association for the Advancement of Colored People) and its violent action arm, The Black Panther Party (TBPP).

Obama rode to political victory through a social service system riddled with graft, fraud, and corruption. Federal government budgetary appeasements were made to politicians of financially distressed cities and states and angry, violent minority populations which overwhelmed local budgets.

These social welfare populations themselves may have been relatively large groups of early illegals, before the huge influx of 13 million Hispanics made immigration a major political and economical issue in the US. Obama supporters and 'bankrollers', ACORN (Association of Community Organizations Reform Now) and its political arm Project Vote, now are accused or convicted of voter fraud in several states.

The Clinton Connection too is significant. Many William Jefferson Clinton supporters were trial attorneys, proponents and 'growers' of the federal bankruptcy courts. These courts allowed supporters of the socialist/communist black power movement to bankrupt record numbers of white individuals and companies during Clinton's 2 terms as President of the United States.

The destruction of the tax base, the middle class, during race-based 'redistribution of wealth' lawsuits, was done to bring wealth to trial attorneys and the courthouse crowd. This has done inestimable damage to the United States and its traditional participatory democracy through voting by real and registered US citizens.

Attorneys lost their proper role as arbiters of disputes between citizens. Instead they began to seek wealth for themselves by creating and encouraging lawsuits and taking money, property, and business items for themselves as contingency fees or booty by confiscation.

The destruction of the right of US citizens to control their government and government spending through voting occurred concurrently. Local voters, some already overwhelmed financially in the faltering economies of the 1980s and 1990s, voted against additional taxes.

For example, tax-paying voters voted against additional school taxes for busing and forced school desegregation of naturally-occurring neighborhoods where people lived and sent their children to elementary and high school. Many blacks as well as whites now see federal 'court-ordered' busing for school desegregation as harmful.

American courts, mostly appointed by politicians, not elected officials, began to create and decide government policy. Rather than rein themselves in to their job of interpreting the law as made by the people and their legislative representatives, the courts began to make the law, or re-write the law according to their beliefs and to restructure American society. Of course, there were favors, inducements, and bribes. These deals undoubtedly will fill history books in the future, if God-willing there is one.

Clinton Democrats believe they can use the law to their own benefit and profit, stating they 'think and do what is best for' US citizens.

Hillary Rodham Clinton, is known to have been influenced by socialist/communist ideology in college. Her frighteningly communist central party proposal to establish a school for governmentalists, through which they would create governmental careers, reveals a deep anti-democracy sentiment.

While it may be expedient for politicians to understand how to write legislation or read grant proposals, it is antithetical to the American Democracy to limit political and government careers to a small, specially chosen group of people.

Harvard University already functions as a governmentalist school. Harvard graduates and faculty have had an undo influence on American government and social policy. Harvard graduates have become an international business club operating through the US government. (See http://monthlynotes.blogspot.com 'Obama Accounting' blogs 20 and 21.)

Historically, Harvard offered inducements to Supreme Court Justices, scholarships in their names, to create a school of 'public service' for the training of a governmentalist 'elite'.

Harvard graduates and faculty continue to bring their views on race for social welfare funding and profit, and take huge government subsidies for annual tuition of $40,000 or more in addition to special access to government jobs in social welfare, law, and government.

The degradation of democracy by profiteers and demagogues who use the words of democracy to levy taxes and take money, personal and business property from US citizens is painful to watch.

Many US elected officials and their appointees have taken money in deals and donations from foreign drug cartels. Many US politicians became unduly influenced by foreign sex, drug, and mind-control cults in alcohol and drug treatment programs after arrest or in deals for drunken driving and other offenses.

These politicians have allowed the US to be flooded by illiterate and violent
illegals involved in drug and sex trade from Central and South America, the Middle East, and Asia.

Even US police have become involved in drug-running, car and property theft, vandalism, and menacing, stalking, and harassment of white, Christian US citizens, and the interruption and destruction of the lives and property of US citizens.

What is happening now is reminiscent of what happened before Hitler came to power in the 1930s. The German Expansion wrongly drew in a large number of illiterate, poor, and aggressive populations in an attempt to bring wealth to stabilize the post-World War I German economy, which had not recovered from the expense of the war. The result was a disaster.

Whether there was bizarre mind-altering drug use from Tibet and the East then, as there is now through the Asian and Middle Eastern heroins or Central or South American cocaines and methamphetamines, is unknown.

What is known is the insatiable greed, alcohol and drug use of our politicians, and the acceptance of aggression and raw sexuality, has destroyed our belief in our politicians and officials. It is true that they are only human, but to take such large amounts of taxpayer money they must be worthy of being emulated by our youth.

It is hard to fight internationalist profiteering gangs operating out of one's own country. From our own government offices, governmentalists demand tax money for their own salaries and business projects here and around the world.

We are faced with the fanatical rage of Islam, now fanning the flames of violence from North Africa through the Middle East. We are faced with the willingness of our governmentalists to make US citizens targets of Islamic terrorism by involving us in Muslim sectarian struggles. US citizens must now find a way to say 'No' to those who risk our lives and the survival of our United States of America.

We must find a way to call a moratorium to the Obama/Clinton interference in the Muslim power struggles from North Africa throughout the Middle East. These are struggles for democracy for only a small number of Muslims. If these were majority movements, the democratic anti-government groups would have a slate of candidates for President, firm agendas, drafts of constitutions for their new democratic nations at the start of their protests.

Obama's arrogant demands to world leaders who have led these unstable nations for thirty or forty years to leave their countries, in the nuclear weapons world in which we live, risks the survival of the entire known world.

There is nothing to be gained from further destabilizing the Muslim world. The oil is almost gone. There is no real money to be made there. For the Clintons, real estate speculators before arriving in Washington, DC, there will be no value in the post-revolutionary real estate there either.

There is no joy in US citizens in America watching the Muslim world destroy itself. Eldridge Cleaver, an early black activist wrote a book called 'Soul On Ice'. In it Cleaver described the cold violence of the Black American ghetto psyche, the coldly lustful violence of the ghetto to upset orderly life, because of the 'insufficiency of evil' on that day.

Obama, an Indonesian street kid, laughs as he causes violence in North Africa, the Middle East, and risks further violence against Americans by Muslims already in the United States. There is no 'insufficiency of evil' under the administration of Barack Hussein Obama.

May the true citizens of the US and the United States of America survive his influence in the US and internationally.

What is Governmentalism?-1

Governmentalism is not an ideology. It is a method of taking control of money, resources, people, existing forms of government to achieve the goals of a person or a group of people.

Governmentalism is an attempt to legitimize means and ends: the goals or ends one chooses and the means one chooses to obtain those goals or ends.

Historically in the West, British and European governments have evolved from the rule of royalty to the rule of the people in the democracy of the United States of America. But what happens when the rules of democracy do not suit a person's or a group's grasp for money and power? That person or group may first seek to change the rules or circumvent the rules to obtain the goals of that person or group.

Governments throughout history have been influenced by people and money. Kings and Queens have been as likely to accept a gift, favor or bribe in exchange for a wealthy person's request for a position of power or influence in that government, land, or business as current elected or appointed officials in the American Democracy. Domestic and foreign Royal marriages have changed European history. Domestic and foreign money and trade agreements have changed American history.

The volatility in the US economy and the chaos around the world, now most obviously in North Africa and the Middle East, can be understood by a rise in governmentalism, as a mechanism for 'creating wealth' by those with government affiliations in the US and internationally.

What is frightening about this trend is the failure of ideology to rein in the impulse to greed. Ideology can help to protect one's own political 'system' and physical land, a sort of nationalism.

The insistence on taking daily profit from the till, despite the loss of true humanitarianism in the disregard for harm done and actual loss of human life domestically and internationally, and the reckless expenditure of the profit taken on 'living big'--sex, drugs, alcohol, 'upscale' outrageously expensive items, and 'McMansions'--reflects a failure of societies around the world to maintain a stable identity to propell their nations into history.
